While durability and the conscious choice of using high-quality materials have always been core elements of the Stendebach philosophy, this line places an additional focus on fiber production.
The sustainable Loft Green filling
Dacron® ZERO% Fiber
The environmentally friendly Dacron® ZERO% fiber is made using flakes from recycled plastic bottles with a reduced carbon footprint. The fiber is responsible for the exceptional stability and durability of the material.
TENCEL™ Fiber
The TENCEL™ fiber stands out due to its natural raw material. Through innovative processes, cellulose is transformed into a lyocell material that is entirely derived from natural resources and is biodegradable. The fiber ensures high breathability and moisture absorption, creating an ideal sleep climate where bacterial growth is minimized.
Produced with resource conservation in mind
Certified organic
In the outer fabric of the Loft Green series, we rely entirely on natural materials—crafted from certified organic cotton and completely free from optical brighteners, which are otherwise often used to achieve a radiant white appearance.
Conserving resources
The innovative filling features the Dacron® ZERO% fiber, made from recycled raw materials and free from undesirable substances. Combined with the bio-based TENCEL™ fiber, functionality and sustainability come together in perfect harmony.
Refined by hand
Not assembly-line production, but exclusive one-of-a-kind craftsmanship is required for the ergonomic quilted stitching and the special corner edging at the corners, which ensure a secure and stable fit inside the duvet cover.
Suitable for allergy sufferers
The combination of raw materials with high breathability and easy washability up to 60°C ensures excellent hygiene. This makes the bedding products ideal for allergy sufferers.

The mission of the EUROPEAN GREEN AWARD is to honor outstanding ecological and fair achievements and to contribute to Europe’s transition towards a modern, resource-efficient, fair, and competitive future economy.
We pursue this approach with Stendebach in the Loft Green collection. This same approach was also announced by the non-profit organized European Institute of Applied Sustainability (EIAS), which led to the Loft Green collection winning the EUROPEAN GREEN AWARD 2022.
In addition, all investments made over the past 10 years were carried out with sustainability in mind. Stendebach produces with a reduced carbon footprint—among other things, through energy generation using geo and solar thermal power.
