Our Manufacturing Processes and Quality Controls
According to current supplier documentation, our production facility in Poland obtains 100% of its purchased electricity from renewable sources. Photovoltaic panels covering approximately 2,000 m² are installed on the roofs of the production buildings.
The site also provides charging stations for hybrid and electric vehicles used by employees and customers.
Hand-Finishing and Quality Checks
Stendebach has manufactured bedding since 1909. Every duvet and pillow produced in our manufactory is hand-finished by trained employees and inspected before dispatch.
Defined quality checks are carried out at different stages of the production process.
Supplier Selection and Defined Requirements
We select suppliers according to defined criteria relating to quality, compliance, material documentation and delivery routes.
For textiles and foams, we request test reports and certification documents where applicable. Our suppliers are required to comply with applicable legal and contractual requirements concerning human rights and environmental protection.
Packaging Selection
We select packaging according to product protection, dimensions, material composition and intended use.
Selected pouches and carrying bags are designed for repeated use. Information about materials and reuse options is provided where the relevant documentation is available.
Quality and Product Design
Manual finishing and defined quality checks form an integral part of our manufacturing process.
Selected modular sleep systems allow individual components to be replaced or upgraded. Product complaints and return rates are recorded and evaluated as part of our internal quality management.
